After more than 30-years in real estate, land use and governmental affairs law representing some of the largest developers in the country including Kaufman & Broad and Watt Homes here in Southern California, the Howard Hughes Corporation-Summerlin in Nevada and Hilton and Hyatt both here and in Mexico, the calendar turned 2013 and it was time to retire… until it wasn’t. You see, when you love what you do in life, it’s hard to stop. So, in 2020 I un-retired to represent the the Bay Area’s R-MAC Properties in their newest Baja California luxury development, Rancho Costa Verde and now, in 2023, Keller Williams as an agent and soon-to-be associate broker. For me, joining the world’s largest real estate corporation was a no-brainer. It allows me to continue representing Baja’s most unique, luxury, Sea of Cortez-side, beachfront, custom-home community just 90-minutes south of the border for clients seeking relocation or a luxury, beachfront, second or vacation home while bringing my more than 3-decades of real-life, real-world real estate experience and negotiating skills to clients closer to our Southern California home; all without the workload that came with running my own firm for more than 3-decades.
